    Project Coordinator - Hammersmith W6


    The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the CRF Health project team responsible for delivering projects. The Project Coordinator is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities. The Project Coordinator is the primary client contact for projects in maintenance and decommissioning phases.


    This role has come about following the internal promotion of one of our Project Co-Ordinators being promoted to Project Manager after just 18 months.


    We have 8 teams in the UK made up of 3 x Project Managers, 3 x Project Co-Ordinators, 3 x Application Specialists and other support functions.  You will be working on big blue chip pharma clients projects.




    Key Accountabilities/Decision Making & Influence

    • Responsible for project management during the project maintenance and decommissioning phase of a study
    • May have responsibility for overall management and execution of medium complexity setup projects as defined in Statement of Work
    • Attend client meetings and assists with determination of project requirements
    • Chairs client meetings and distributes minutes to all project team members
    • Effectively and accurately communicates relevant project information to the client and project team
    • Utilize project management skills of communication, presentation, time management, organization and planning to successfully implement company’s products
    • Tracks the progress and quality of work being performed by translation vendors and internal localization teams
    • Schedules shipments and keeps track of shipping processes and inventory
    • Delivers training to both client and internal teams as required
    • Manages user account details in TrialManager® and other systems as necessary
    • Helps support the CRF Health Data Management team as required
    • Ensures compliance to internal Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
    • International Travel required as needed

    Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

    • Bachelors degree or relevant experience
    • Experience of clinical trials/pharmaceutical industry
    • Must have excellent time and project management, communication (oral and written), and organizational skills
    • Must have solid MS Office Suite experience – Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint
    • Must be able to communicate effectively with all members of Client Services
    • Able to multi-task and work with multiple team members
    • Must be detail orientated
    • Must be able to use own initiative and work independently as needed
    • Must be a team oriented person with a “can do” attitude
