End User Support Technician - Iasi, Romania
As an End User Support Technician you will seek to be actively involved and in engaged in all aspects of end user services and service management activities. The role will be responsible for end user services, including 1st & 2nd line support whilst actively involved in the implementation of new and improvement of existing services. The successful person will be expected work as part of a global IT end user support team serving as a single point of contact for users to receive support and maintenance both on site and remotely. This includes the installation and maintenance of hardware, software and administration of cloud based solutions. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion with a “first time right” approach, escalating issues to the relevant teams where applicable.
An ideal End User Support technican will have worked with - building laptops, configuring mobile phones, strong knowledge of MS Office. Our office in Iasi is growing. With 150 employees on site already this will be growing to 200 by February 2019.
The End User Support Technician will be based in Iasi but be part of the wider global end user support team. You will provide first and second line support to the current Iasi staff which is growing over the next few months to well over 200 personnel in Iasi but also be providing support to the wider CRF Bracket company - 1600 employees across 7 countries. You will also provide support to the wider global end user support team spread across the UK, the US, Romania and Finland.
In addition to end user support the successful person will be actively involved in the development of training, administration of collaboration services and play an active part in reviewing and improving processes.
As a company we make use of different applications, including Netsuite and Salesforce. We would expect you to create reports and assist in the resolution of Tier 1 issues with these applications.
