This office-based leadership role provides management oversight for an assigned Application Specialist group within Operations. Team Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining supportive and effective working environment for the Application Specialist (AS) team, coordinating /prioritizing the deliverables with the project teams. The Team manager is accountable for successful team related deliverables, quality, resourcing, metrics collection and future planning to meet key project milestones, whilst adhering to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), the company’s processes and global industry regulations. Maintains a close working relationship with leadership counterparts to ensure the internal and external SLAs are met and the processes are aligned with the company’s best practices and consistently applied across the AS team.
