    We are looking a new product manager for our growing business of helping Pharma’s to release new medicines or ways of treating patients better out to the market.


    The Device Portfolio Specialist helps the Device Portfolio Manager to manage activities necessary to ensure that the active and upcoming device portfolio is future-proof, competitive and supporting the business objectives; and to make sure that the global delivery capability with devices is achieved in an optimal way. They play a strong role in the planning and management of CRF Health’s mobile device portfolio. The Device Portfolio Specialist works with the Device Portfolio Manager to manage the active partnership network with device manufacturers, data providers and MDM platform providers.  They monitor and troubleshoot device and data usage across active studies, and assist in the regular adjustment of device set due to market changes, territory certification changes, and market/customer requirements.  The Device Portfolio Specialist operates under moderate supervision with latitude for independent judgment.

    Key Accountabilities/Decision Making & Influence

    1. Works closely with Device Portfolio Manager:
      1. Assesses and monitors market and technology trends related to devices
      2. Recommends and implements lifecycle management solutions to maintain viable device portfolio
      3. Manages device manufacturer partners and data providers and ensures visibility of device release and sunsetting plans
      4. Monitors and troubleshoots device and data usage across active studies
      5. Understand and utilize the MDM platform software and tools
      6. Understands and responds to territory, regulatory and other changes affecting the device portfolio
      7. Researches new solutions to meet business needs as requested by the Product Management and/or R&D teams
      8. Supports contract negotiation as required
      9. Supports logistics and client services as required
      10. Supports marketing as required
    2. Travel as necessary
    3. Other responsibilities will be assigned as required

    Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

    1. Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in a scientific or business discipline
    2. High interest in devices, what’s new with the technologies and their nature
    3. Proven track record working in (portfolio) management of consumer electronics (devices)
    4. Strong understanding of, or direct experience of working in, the mobile telecommunications industry
    5. Must have strong analytical skills and good attention to detail
    6. Must have excellent skills in communication, interpersonal, project planning and implementation
    7. Must be able to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
    8. Must be a team oriented person with a “can do” attitude
