  • Position Summary



    This role will lead all activities related to any business process using Robotics Process Automation. They will be the main liaison between Robotics Process Automation as a service and the entire company. The role will play an instrumental part in defining the company’s Robotics Process Automation strategy, ensuring that it meets the company’s overall goals and aligns with other enterprise wide initiatives. This role will also be responsible for managing a portfolio of active projects related to Automation and coordinate the onboarding of new projects. Onboarding of new projects would include initial benefit analysis and feasibility. This role will have initially three direct reports.



    • Manage the Process Automation Department 
    • Lead an Automation Governance committee
    • Report on all performance and benefits of automated processes
    • In concert with executives create an Automation Roadmap
    • Ensure that the existing Automation Roadmap is executed according to plan
    • Support the Automation department by removing road blocks, developing capability, and advocating for within the broader organization
    • Lead the design of benefit measures for all new processes with process owners
    • Ensure that benefits are calculated according to approved methods
    • Act as an escalation point for any issue related to automated processes
    • Manage relationship with Robotic Process Automation vendor(s)
