  • Position Summary

    We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Logistics Professional who is seeking an opportunity to demonstrate their leadership capabilities and knowledge of Supply chain best practice to manage our Logistics operation.

    Managing the day to day activities of the Logistics Operations to ensure that all deployments and returns are handled efficiently, on time and to a high quality.


    Individual (character/exposure)

    • Has an appetite to understand the root cause of a problem and implement the appropriate corrective action relating to both isolated and systematic problems
    • Someone who has experienced Business Change Management and can deliver change through process improvement and people engagement
    • An individual who remains relevant and stays a breast of new technology and SCM tools and techniques
    • Demonstrate good leadership qualities
    • Energetic leader of people who wants to develop a culture of continuous Improvement across teams
    • Has a good knowledge and exposure to problem solving techniques
    • Good understanding how to apply Industry standard SCM tools and techniques such as Lean thinking, Kaizen, TQM, Poka-yoke, PDCA  


    • Manage and improve the performance within the key areas, Inventory, Warehousing, Health & Safety, Installation Operations, Logistics Support and Reverse logistics.
    • Manages the Operations and daily activities and operate within an assigned budget and Service Level Agreements
    • Monitor team performance and continuous improvement of logistics service.
    • Develop and maintain formal procedures for consistency and increased productivity
    • Establish internal purchasing and supply policies and procedures for non-customer equipment.
    • Manages reporting on forward and reverse logistics and installation team operations.
    • Manages the relationship and contracts with freight couriers, to establish the delivery and return of CRF’s equipment.
    • Interaction with Planning Department, overseeing the daily (weekly) sales orders, capacity and resource planning
    • Manages activities regarding compliance and regulatory requirements including Health & Safety
    • Continually seeks opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships
    • Develop a customer care philosophy that ensures customer satisfaction
    • Sets and manages internal client expectations
    • Develop and enhance cooperative interdepartmental and vendor relationships and communications
    • Establish accurate and effective communication channels between the logistics team and customers and CRF Health departments

    • Prepare and present job performance evaluations to employees
    • Motivate all team members to attain goals, pursue excellence, and work together in the most efficient manner
    • Recruit, develop and maintain a professional, productive and motivated staff
    • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and potential impact on the logistics business
    • Establish internal purchasing and supply policies and procedures for non-customer equipment.
    • Travel Required.
    • Other responsibilities assigned as required.


    • Must be customer focused for both internal and external customers
    • Bachelor’s Degree in business or liberal arts, or relevant experience.
    • Minimum of five years’ experience in an Operations and inventory and warehouse environment, or relevant experience.
    • Must have a broad general knowledge of Capacity planning, Resource planning, Inventory policies, WMS and managing Third Party Supplies
    • Must be able to control costs, and analyze cost effectiveness of services and supplies.
    • Must have experience with the logistics of international shipping.
    • Experience managing a Logistics/Warehouse team through all levels of the supply chain.
    • Must be able to exercise good judgment and ingenuity.
    • Must have excellent planning, time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human relations and organizational skills.
    • Must be able to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
    • Must be a team oriented person with a “can do” attitude.
