    Project Coordinator - Plymouth Meeting, PA 

     

    The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the CRF Health project team responsible for delivering projects. The Project Coordinator is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities. The Project Coordinator is the primary client contact for projects in maintenance and decommissioning phases.  The Project Coordinators works closely with other team members (typically comprising of a Team Manager, a Senior Project Manager, Project Managers, other Project Coordinators and Project Assistants, together with Application Specialists.)  

     

    We are typically sourcing Project Coordinators throughout the year.  With some 24 Project Coordinators in both the US and the UK project delivery teams, opportunities come about due to continued growth and individuals being promoted to Project Manager or moving elsewhere in the business (recent internal moves have included individual moving across to the PMO, to Data Management, to Reporting and other parts of the business) it is typical for us to be on the look-out for great talent.  

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for project management during the project maintenance and decommissioning phase of a study
    • May have responsibility for overall management and execution of medium complexity setup projects as defined in Statement of Work
    • Attend client meetings and assists with determination of project requirements
    • Chairs client meetings and distributes minutes to all project team members
    • Effectively and accurately communicates relevant project information to the client and project team
    • Utilize project management skills of communication, presentation, time management, organization and planning to successfully implement company’s products
    • Tracks the progress and quality of work being performed by translation vendors and internal localization teams
    • Schedules shipments and keeps track of shipping processes and inventory
    • Delivers training to both client and internal teams as required
    • Manages user account details in TrialManager® and other systems as necessary
    • Helps support the CRF Health Data Management team as required
    • Ensures compliance to internal Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
    • International Travel required as needed

    Requirements

    • BA or BS degree or relevant experience
    • Experience of clinical trials/pharmaceutical industry
    • Must have excellent time and project management, communication (oral and written), and organizational skills
    • Must have solid MS Office Suite experience – Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint
    • Must be able to communicate effectively with all members of Client Services
    • Able to multi-task and work with multiple team members
    • Must be detail orientated
    • Must be able to use own initiative and work independently as needed
    • Must be a team oriented person with a “can do” attitude
