    The Verification Team undertakes rigourous User Acceptance Testing, ensuring that the CRF Health tools and products, including eConsent and eCOA.  Our R&D team and Validation Testing teams are based in Finland and Romania and work closely with the Verification Testing team (User Acceptance Testing).

     

    The Supervisory Verification Specialist is a leading member of a CRF Health verification team. Supervisory Verification Specialists are responsible for coordinating the testing activities of locally based VS Team members, while providing direct verification support to Delivery Teams. Also responsible for the onboarding, training and support of new team members. Daily tasks include the review and approval of test plans, based on specification requirements.

     

    You will be a strong people manager, experienced in setting objectives, motivating the team, measuring performance against KPI and ideally come from a User Testing background.

     

    The Team Manager is responsible of creating and maintaining supportive and effective working environment for verification specialists (Manual and Automation testers) of all levels in their daily activities and coordinating/prioritizing all other quality control activities locally. Team Managers are accountable for team related reporting, metrics collection and future planning according to Testing Services & Quality Control related processes and practices and also are responsible for the onboarding, training and support of new team members. Additionally, the Team Manager will participate in daily testing activities and provide direct verification support to the Delivery Teams in Romania, the UK and the US. Daily tasks include the review and approval of test plans, test execution and test asset creation/approvals based on specification requirements.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Provide line management to the team, ensuring that the necessary coaching and support is present and that any difficulties with performance setting and reviews are dealt according to CRF health policies;
    • Supporting and coordinating Verifications Specialist in their daily activities;
    • Responsible for creating, reviewing and maintaining training material for new team members;
    • Is a back-up of other Team Managers and/or Senior Verifications Specialists;
    • Supports global Delivery Teams by coordinating, planning and performing verification tasks;
    • Works directly with software development personnel to deliver high quality software applications on routine and complex projects;
    • Cooperates with R&D Testing Services related to test automation solutions and with Solution Architects in designing test system integrations;
    • Review and approve verification document drafts and other test asset produced by the Verification Specialists;
    • Defining and establishing test automation strategy and process;
    • Participate to all testing and quality control activities including also execution of tests;
    • Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among users;
    • Look for and identify where things can be improved, spot trending issues and come up with solution the Director, Testing Services and Quality Control;
    • Travel as necessary.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, degree in Information Technology preferred;
    • Proven ability to lead a team and organize and prioritize daily activities;
    • Practical experience with any modern test, defect and requirement management tools;
    • Must have excellent understanding of testing activities and QA/QC processes;
    • Able to provide and demand high quality results and standards;
    • Must have 2 years of team lead or manager experience, 3 years practical experience in product testing and preferably 2 years of experience using modern testing tools and automation;
    • Must be a team oriented person with a “can do” attitude.
