In line with its continued growth, and following the arrival of the first permanent General Counsel in late 2016, the CRF Health Group is developing a lean and innovative in-house legal function to support evolving business needs. This presents a unique opportunity for the right candidate to play a key part in the development of the function, to shape their own role within it and to gain experience in a diverse range of legal practice areas at the dynamic intersection between technology, healthcare and commerce.
Legal Counsel (Europe) will be the primary source of legal advice and support for CRF Health Group’s corporate headquarters in London and its offices in Finland and Romania. The role entails responsible for a wide variety of legal matters and projects, with the primary objectives of supporting commercial activity and strategic development while ensuring legal compliance and effective risk management.
The role reports to and works alongside the Group General Counsel, while working collaboratively with in-house counsel and a contracts team in CRF Health’s US office in Pennsylvania. It will also involve regularly working with and managing an international panel of external providers.

Our UK operations are in Hammersmith, London and Sandwich, Kent. Please note that we will be relocating our Hammersmith offices in September 2018 to 12 minutes walk from our current location to Waterfront, Manbre Road, Hammersmith, London W6 9RH
