  • Position Summary

    FP&A Analyst (Financial Planning & Analysis) - Iasi, Romania


    This position will have an active role in the monthly reporting and analysis, ad hoc reporting, budgeting, forecasting and projections. The role will provide analytical support to the FP&A team and the business to help them prepare departmental month end reporting packs and budgets/forecasts, and to help understand current month financial results.

    The FP&A team is made up of four.





    • Preparation of data to support month end management reporting (expense reports, trend analysis);
    • Review of transaction reports to identify unbudgeted spend and incorrect postings;
    • Production of monthly project profitability analysis;
    • Working with FP&A Associate Director to support the financial assessment of the commercial and operational units;
    • Support FP&A team in working with departmental leaders to prepare and submit annual budgets and quarterly forecasts;
    • Produce reports to analyse headcount trends, and support in forecasting headcount needs;
    • Ad hoc analysis as required (may include assessment of travel spend, analysis of out-of-pocket expenses and margins).


    • Part qualified or qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent), or relevant accounting/finance experience will be considered;
    • Experience with managing large datasets and maintaining robust data sources in excel;
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential;
    • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized;
    • Ability to understand and interpret data to provide insight for the business and willingness to learn in this area;
    • Ability to work in a global environment and support teams geographically dispersed in US, UK and Finland and Romania;
    • Articulate with strong verbal and written communication skills;
    • Ability to work independently.
